RIPPLE THE FROG
Ripple was created to help campaign and bring awareness to the Earth's climate change, specifically directed to encourage children to develop healthy habits to better the climate.
The idea of Ripple came about during a client briefing with Climate Change Leaders, who originally inquired for a web page design (see here). Their goals relate to helping schools and surrounding districts convert to renewable and sustainable energy. Their long term goal, to help incorporate new jobs and school programs related to the new technology involved in renewable energy.
Their target audience was quite broad. Although their direct target market was government and school faculty, they still wished to get students, young and old, excited for making a difference in climate change. That was when the idea for Ripple was born.
The marketing pieces were created with the Global Goals for Sustainable Development in mind. Each of the colours were carefully selected to represent the goal specified. For example blue for partners for the goals, green for climate action, yellow for affordable and clean energy.
